Why Qalkylera exists

June was a bad month. Why - is it just us, or is the whole industry having a hard time?
That is the question I kept asking as a business owner, and nowhere could I find an answer. The accounting software showed what had happened, never whether it was normal. The auditor arrived once the year was already over. And the rules of thumb online - ”anything above ten percent is good” - hold in none of the industries I have worked in.
So I built Qalkylera to answer it. The system reads your own bookkeeping, computes the ratios across the full financial year and sets them against companies in the same industry and size class. Every figure traces back to a ledger line - nothing is invented, and nothing is claimed that cannot be checked.

What we promise, and what we don't do

Every figure is traceable
Every number in the product traces back to a journal line in your own bookkeeping. If we calculate something, we can show where it came from. If it cannot be traced, we do not show it.
The AI is not allowed to guess
Qaly AI sees your bookkeeping and the industry data, nothing else, and must state year and source. When the basis is missing it says so. That is why it sometimes answers that a question cannot be calculated from your figures - by design.
We say what is not built
There is no group view. Multi-year budgeting for housing associations is next. Direct integration exists for Fortnox and Spiris; everything else goes through an SIE file. You should know what you are buying before you pay for it.
The roadmap moves slower
We build fewer things at a time than a corporation does, and a feature you want may take a while. That is the price of everything being traceable and explainable. You should know about it before you decide.
